On September 10, 14 and 15, 2026, we conducted focus group and feedback sessions for 187 beneficiaries from Project Restore (Years 1–3) to assess how the services they received had impacted their lives and to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
Because beneficiaries were informed that their responses would not affect their current or future services, we were assured that they would provide honest and independent feedback. As such, participants who attended the sessions were encouraged to speak openly about what worked well, offer suggestions on areas of improvement and considerations for future programming. Participants also completed questionnaires that provided valuable insights into their experiences and practical recommendations for strengthening future interventions.
The sessions reinforced our commitment to survivor-centered programming and ensuring that beneficiary voices remain central to program design and improvement.
Transportation stipends and refreshments were provided to all participants at the end of each session.
