BENIN, NIGERIA- As part of our sex-trafficking prevention efforts at Pathfinders, we are providing skills training, in partnership with CWFI Skill Acquisition Centre, for hundreds of women annually. As part of this effort, on October 13, 2018, we proudly graduated 11 young women from our skills training program. They are our most recent graduating class. We are so proud of these young women who have chosen to build their lives in Nigeria, rather than risk being trafficked abroad where they will be forced into prostitution. All graduates will be receiving support to start up their new small businesses and will continued to be monitored by us for a year.
