We’re excited to celebrate the successful completion of our 6-week Pathfinders Business Academy, held from February 13th to March 20th, 2025. Sixty-six (66) incredible women, survivors of trafficking and those at risk, took bold steps toward economic independence through entrepreneurship.
Over six transformative weeks, participants gained practical skills in financial literacy, business planning, marketing, customer service, and budgeting. Guided by experienced trainers, they explored how to start and grow small, low-capital businesses tailored to their realities.
The Academy was more than training, it was empowerment in action. Each session built confidence, sparked new ideas, and encouraged resilience. One of the highlights was the final week, where participants pitched their business ideas, sharing powerful dreams and solutions which they are eager to bring to life.
Many are now preparing for internships and funding support, taking the next step toward launching their ventures. We’re so proud of their dedication and inspired by the futures they’re building.
‘Project Restore’ is funded by a grant from the United States Department of State, to which we are grateful. The opinions, findings, and conclusions presented are Pathfinders Justice Initiative’s and do not necessarily reflect the views of the United States Department of State.
