BENIN CITY, EDO STATE- On September 12, 2024, Pathfinders conducted a medical outreach in furtherance of the ‘Rise Project’ (3) for 10 at-risk beneficiaries. In partnership with medical professionals from NNPC Medical Hospital, Benin City, the beneficiaries received comprehensive medical care, including seminars on nutrition, hygiene, reproductive health, self-care and wellness. Medical examinations, including blood pressure and blood sugar measurements, body mass index, oral health, and eye exams were also conducted. During the outreach, beneficiaries’ questions and concerns were addressed and they were reminded to undergo regular medical check-ups. Additionally, all beneficiaries received transportation stipends and snacks.
