The e-handbook is a comprehensive guide for parliamentarians and parliamentary officials on legislating effectively against modern slavery-related crimes and was contributed to by over 50 experts from the Commonwealth, including Ms. Idahosa, as part of her continuing consultation for the UK Home Office (via its Modern Slavery Project).
