BENIN CITY, EDO STATE. On November 11, 2025, beneficiaries of Project Relief gathered for the official closeout and clothing program held under the inspiring theme: “My Journey of Change.”
The event opened with a heartfelt welcome address from the Program Coordinator, following which beneficiaries were taken through an overview of the project’s objectives. Thereafter, beneficiaries shared moving testimonials and personal stories of transformation, resilience, and their hopes for sustaining change through their business ventures and future plans. The atmosphere was vibrant and engaging, as beneficiaries spoke with excitement about their journeys, the challenges of starting businesses, and the determination to keep moving forward.
One highlight of the day included the presentation of clothing items to the beneficiaries. With the holidays just weeks away, this thoughtful gesture was met with joy and gratitude, adding a festive spirit to the occasion.
Beneficiaries expressed deep appreciation for the life-changing support they received throughout 2025. The project provided opportunities for business startups in fields of choice, business registration with CAC, skills training, medical care, childcare support, shelter, food items distribution (basic needs), and more. Each intervention had a lasting impact on their lives.
This memorable gathering marked the official conclusion of Project Relief. As the program closed, warm wishes were extended to all beneficiaries for success and fulfilment in their chosen endeavors.
