EDO STATE, NIGERIA-SEPTEMBER 21, 2023. It was an exciting day as 13 Pathfinders Adult Literacy Initiative (PALI) graduates donned their graduation sashes, alongside the 35 Pathfinders Business Academy (PBA) graduates to celebrate the end of their classes. The event was graced with a keynote speaker who taught on “The Growth Mindset”, encouraging the beneficiaries to use the knowledge gained in their various classes to improve their lifestyles and businesses.
It was indeed a pleasure for the graduates to discuss their learning experiences and how it has transformed their lives. One of the PALI graduates specifically expressed gratitude for now being able to participate in a bible reading group and write down her prayer requests, while a PBA graduate shared how her new insight into the operation of a business is being applied to grow and scale her business.
Earlier Cohorts were also invited to the graduation ceremony to celebrate with the new graduates as they received their gifts and certificates.
All beneficiaries received a transportation stipend and refreshments at the end of the event.
